Your Participant Portal: Sobriety Hub
We use a platform called Sobriety Hub to keep everything organized for you, including your program information and your program fees. You may have already received an email or invitation to get started. If not, a staff member can help you get set up.
A quick heads up:
Any emails or messages you receive from Sobriety Hub are coming from us at Steady Ground Living. The messages will show Sobriety Hub as the sender, but this is normal. Please do not ignore them.
Getting Started Is Simple
Here are a few easy first steps to help you get familiar with Sobriety Hub.
Download the app or open the website
Search for Sobriety Hub in the App Store or Google Play, or visit the site on any browser.
Sign in or create your account
Use the email address on file with Steady Ground Living. Not sure which email? Just ask a staff member.
Look around and explore
Your program information, documents, and program fee options will be here once your account is linked.
Submit your first program fee
See the program fees section below for how program fees work inside the app.

What Is Inside the App
- See your days sober, time in the program, and weekly meeting count right on the home screen
- Log your daily activities in one place: meetings, chores, mood check-ins, and house check-ins
- Message staff or housemates directly without sharing personal phone numbers
- Access and complete any program forms or documents assigned to you
- Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID for quick, secure access
How to Pay Your Program Fee
- Open the app and go to the Payments section
- View your current balance and any open invoices
- Tap an invoice to pay by debit card, credit card, or bank account
- Turn on autopay if you prefer payments to process automatically
- Your full payment history is always available in the app
Your Program Fees
Program fees are submitted directly inside Sobriety Hub on a weekly basis, using a debit card, credit card, or bank account.
All transactions are handled securely. Steady Ground Living never sees or stores your card or bank account information.
